aveces - sometimes Aveces soy simpático/a (Sometimes I am nice).
bastante - rather, quite, kind of Soy bastante paciente (I am quite patient).
muy - very Soy muy prudente (I am very careful).
siempre - always Siempre soy desordenado/a (I am always disorganised).
nunca - never Nunca soy ordenado (I am never organised).
To describe someone else's personality, simply change the 'soy' (I am)
to 'es' (he or she is) Aveces es generoso (Sometimes he is generous).
Es bastante optimista (He/she is quite optimistic).
Él es muy trabajador (He is very hardworking).
Siempre ella es graciosa (She is always funny)
or
'son' (they are) Ellos son muy aventureros (They are very adventurous)
Siempre ellas son amables. (They are always friendly).
Nunca son mis hermanos sensibles (My brothers are never sensible)

The video explains the endings of adjectives depending on whether you are talking about males or females (masculine or feminine). For example:
If an adjective ends in 'o', then change to 'a' for females
simpatico simpatica
