This link takes you to the song 'Hola amiga' (Hello friend) with more greetings -
Buenos días, Buenas tardes, Buenas noches

For those of you who have some prior knowledge, we are starting a new topic this term -
 Los Animales.

The video clip here introduces us to farm animals.
Notice the different accents for the 'c' sound in 'cerdo' and 'cinco' and the 'y' sound in 'gallo'.
Which countries do you think the two accents are from?

The next clip includes farm animals and the sounds they make in Spanish.
Are they the same as English?
Can you work out the Spanish words for 'farm' and  'uncle'? Leave me a message when you do.

The song En la Finca de Papá is sung to the tune of Old MacDonald had a Farm.
It is a great way to practise animal sounds and the verb sounds 'a e i o u' in Spanish.
